all-BI Business Intelligence Solutions is a consulting company specializing in the analysis, design and implementation of Business Intelligence systems. It provides both consulting and development services with a wide range of software tools to guarantee project success for our clients. We are conveniently located in the heart of Europe, in Bavaria, Germany, next to Munich, and we are also present in New York City, USA.

At all-BI Business Intelligence Solutions we are committed to provide our clients with excellence in the area of Business Intelligence systems. We make sure that projects remain within their budgets and we make sure the implemented systems fit the business processes and not the other way around.

Our many years of project experience are backed by the successful completion of projects in most corporate areas (finance, controlling, logistics, human resources, etc) as well as in a wide spectrum of industries (pharmaceutical, chemical, aeronautics, banking, construction, etc).

We take pride in making sure that only quality individuals work on our clients' projects. It is these individuals that will make or break the projects. Our team can communicate with clients in many languages including: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and a couple others as well. We work both locally as well as internationally.

all-BI consultants bring not only excellent project experience in many fields, but also a first-class technical background with such diverse tools as relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Sybase etc), OLAP databases (Microsoft, Hyperion etc) and SAP BW. Our team also has an excellent mastery of front-ends such as dynaSight (arcplan), Crystal Reports, ColdFusion, PHP amongst others. This technical experience is a guarantee for our clients that they will receive solid and objective support for their Business Intelligence and Reporting projects.

all-BI was formed by Dr. Mario Techera, former partner at Williams & Partner, Management Consulting. Dr. Techera is a native of Montevideo, Uruguay where he was born in 1964. He received his B.Sc in physics at Mc Gill University in Montreal, Canada. He went on to complete a Ph.D. in computational nonlinear biophysics at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, USA. From there he went to work as a post-doctoral researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen, Germany.

Having made the decision to leave the field of research, Dr. Techera worked for several years as a Business Intelligence consultant and then became partner at Williams & Partner, Management Consulting.

He has founded all-BI, Business Intelligence Solutions with the stated goal of providing corporate clients, from both large and mid-size companies, the qualitative best and objective Business Intelligence consulting at affordable prices.

Dr. Techera has worked on both small and large projects throughout his career providing countless end-users with Business Intelligence systems in many business areas and industries. His technical specialties are business process analysis and optimization, relational database design for Business Intelligence systems and performance tuning of Business Intelligence applications with large data volumes.

Klaus Balsies, born in 1942 in Tilsit, East Prussia, received his degree in Mechnical Engineering from the Hessen State University in Kassel, Germany. He started his career as engineer in a position where he gathered several years of experience in the areas of planning, modifying and sales of solutions for data acquisition in manufacturing and production.

He then continued his career at a well-known manufacturer of large, special automotive vehicles, in North Germany where he reached the position of Sales Director with Corporate Proxy.

Mr. Balsies then made the decision to form his own company, Balsies Engineering Consulting (Ingenieurbüro Balsies GmbH), in Hannover, Germany, that specialized in the planning, design and sales of special automotive vehicles for Municipal Transport Services throughout Europe.

For family reasons he moved to the southern German state of Bavaria in 2001, living just outside Munich. Having decided, as well, that golfing or sailing on Starnberger Lake were not the ultimate goals of his life, he proceeded to undertake the restructuring of the engineering firm.

Mr. Balsies brings his vast experience in the areas of project planning and sales to all-BI Business Intelligence Solutions, with a personal and focused eye to meet the challenge of expansion. He thrives working in a competitive market and thus plays a critical role in the expansion of the company.

Mr. Balsies has set expansion targets that he wishes to meet by making sure clients receive the qualitative best possible Business Intelligence solutions on the market at affordable prices.
